What is a Banner Exchange?
A banner exchange is a large group of web sites that share advertisements with each other. By displaying ads on their web site, banner exchange members generate free advertising for their own banners.
How does Armedassault Banners work?
1. Complete the sign up process.
2. Choose which categories your site will be shown in.
3. Upload your banner or banners.
4. Paste the supplied code into your pages.
5. Your done!
By becoming a member, you have the opportunity to advertise your ArmedAssault related site for free. After registration, you will be able to create campaigns. Within each campaign, you can create up to 6 different banners to be submitted within the ArmA Banner network. Flash banners are accepted!
Lets say you have a Armedassault or OFP fan site and you want to advertise. You sign up, create a campaign and then upload your banners. After your banners are approved by the admin, each and every banner will be circulating throughout the Armedassault Banner network. For each member out there that has also joined the Arma-Banner network and have done the same, your banners will now be showing up on their site within rotation to gain free advertisement.

How do the banners get shown on sites?
In order to start gaining traffic and credits, each Armedassault Banner member will have to place a small code on their webpage to display banners. With each different banner size, there is a different code. The more banners that you add to your campaign, the better. The more codes that you add to your site, the better.
How do I gain traffic?
We cannot control who clicks on what out there in cyber space, but if your banner looks interesting enough to a viewer they can click on your banner shown and go directly to your site. So, to gain more traffic, take advantage of all the banner sizes and create more campaigns with attractive and appealing banners!
What is a credit?
Our sophisticated ad serving software tracks all the advertising and clicks for the sites within our network. We offer a nice exchange ratio which means we show one of your banners for every two Armedassault Banner member banners that you show on your site. You will also receive credits when someone clicks on your banner. The more your banners are clicked, the more credits you get or spend.
Our software automatically deposits credits in your account as soon as your site has been approved which means we start to promote your site immediately and give you a head start.
You can log in at anytime to see how many ads have been shown on your site, how many of your ads have been shown on other sites throughout our network, how many credits you have in your account, how many people have clicked through from other sites onto yours and more.
What are the requirements to join?
The website advertised HAS to be related to the game of Operation Flashpoint, Armedassault or ArmedAssault 2 in one way or another. Each banner and campaign is check for approval to make certain that all sites fit the criteria.
In order to start getting credits and traffic, you must have the HTML code for the banners working on your site.
